    Do you handle permits and inspections?

    Navigating permits and inspections can feel overwhelming, but once your contract is signed, we take the lead—handling the often-complex process of securing HOA and municipal approvals for your project.

    Throughout the inspection process, we collaborate closely with inspectors to ensure every aspect of your project meets the highest standards and complies with all necessary codes.

  • Partnership

    What are the steps in your process?

    • Schedule a complimentary site consultation to assess elevations and evaluate your property. We'll discuss project scope and establish budget estimates to ensure the design aligns with your needs and financial plan.

    • The design process begins.

    • Upon finalizing the design, we prepare and present a detailed proposal.

    • Contract is signed.

    • Engineering phase begins, if required.

    • HOA or municipal permitting process gets underway.

    • Once all approvals are secured, construction officially begins.
